1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are delivered
  • You can request cancellation before dispatch or while the order is in transit

2. How to Cancel

To cancel your order:

  • Provide your order ID and registered details
  • Our team will verify and process your cancellation request

3. Cancellation After Delivery

  • Once the order is delivered, it cannot be cancelled
  • However, you may refer to our Refund & Return Policy for eligible returns (damaged or incorrect products)

4. Refund on Cancellation

  • If your order is successfully cancelled, a full refund will be initiated
  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

5. Exceptions

  • Orders that are already out for delivery or delivered cannot be cancelled
  • Customized or special orders (if any) may not be eligible for cancellation
